DESCRIPTION

Friction Material Single-Bin Batching Weighing Cart

  Automated weighing and batching system for friction materials (automotive brake pads), in collaboration with Wuxi Xielì Friction Materials. ( Automotive brake pads )II Used in conjunction with a complete set of automatic batching equipment. 

  The Wuxi Xielì single-hopper batching and weighing cart is primarily used in the automated weighing and batching processes for friction materials, such as automotive brake pads and clutch plates, and serves as one of the core components of their pre-weighing, fully automatic batching system. 

 I. Structure of the Ingredient Mixing Vehicle 

  Car with 1 A weighing hopper is used for material storage in the batching vehicle and for automatic verification of whether the received materials meet the specified requirements; the volume of the weighing hopper shall be no less than 1000 Lift, maximum capacity of the weighing hopper 600 kg , Minimum Indicating Value 0.1kg

  Ingredient cart travel speed: 5 ~ 30m/min , The variable-frequency drive system enables quick and smooth positioning and stopping. 

 II. Dust-Removal Measures for the Ingredient Mixing Vehicle 

  Both the receiving and discharging ports of the weighing hopper on the material-handling cart are equipped with automatic telescopic seals to prevent dust from escaping. The batching cart is also fitted with an onboard dust-collection unit that captures any dust that has already escaped and directs it into the collector, thereby eliminating the small amount of dust that may still drift outward after the telescopic seals return to their closed position. An automated batching cart featuring automatic dust-proof telescopic seals and a standalone dust-collection unit is shown in the figure below:

 III. Power Supply and Communications 

  The batching vehicle is powered via a three-phase power supply slip ring, while the industrial control computer (the host computer for this system) and the lower-level controller on the batching vehicle exchange signals wirelessly.
