Automatic Weighing and Dispensing Machine for Friction Material Mixtures 

This machine is designed for the automatic weighing and portioning of friction material (automotive brake pads) mixtures and is typically installed beneath the mixing unit. 

This machine primarily consists of a frame, hopper, weighing system, roller conveyor, rotary discharge device, cut-off valve, mixing flow aid, vibration flow aid, and electrical control system. It employs an electronic weighing system and features a semi-enclosed overall structure, with a dust-extraction interface installed at the rear of the frame to prevent dust generation during operation. The electrical control system comprises a touch screen, Programmable Logic Controller It consists of a weighing controller, a variable-frequency drive, and other low-voltage electrical appliances, and features one-key automatic control operation, namely ; After the operator manually positions the container at the starting point of the roller conveyor, the machine automatically begins portioning.

Workflow: 

Lower the container onto the roller conveyor. 

The roller conveyor is conveying containers in the forward direction to the receiving position.     

The container is lifted and weighed.     

Rotary discharge device for feeding material into the container     

Measurement and weighing       

Stop the machine when the set quantity is reached.      

Lower the container onto the roller conveyor.      

The roller conveyor reverses to return the container to its starting position.      

Audio-visual alert      

Manually move the container.
