Automated weighing and batching for friction materials (automotive brake pads). 

1 、Ingredients Truck Structure

2 • Loading vehicle travel speed: 5 ~ 30m/min Using a variable frequency speed control system allows for quick, smooth positioning and stopping.

4 Dust control measures for material carts: Both the material receiving port and the discharge port on the cart are equipped with automatic retractable interfaces to prevent dust from escaping. 

5 Power Supply and Communications 

The batching vehicle is powered by a three-phase power supply via a current collector rail, and signals are transmitted between the industrial control computer (the host computer in this system) and the lower-level controller on the batching vehicle via wireless communication.
