The system consists of a material storage bin, a variable-frequency speed‑regulated screw or belt feeder, an electromagnetic speed‑regulated vibrating feeder, an automatic weighing cart, and a computer control system.
The weighing cart can move back and forth automatically and precisely locate itself throughout the entire process. Material is fed from different feeding points into the weighing hopper for batching, and then discharged automatically at a fixed discharge position.
Reliable arch-breaking measures ensure uniform feeding of special materials, while dependable dust-control measures keep the production environment free from contamination.
The weighing cart is equipped with a verification scale to prevent errors, and manual material loading in the hopper is prevented from errors by the barcode system.
