DESCRIPTION

    Manual Weighing and Mixing System for Friction Materials with Automatic Error-Proofing for Fencing and Hopper Components 

This system employs manual weighing, under computer monitoring, to achieve precise batching and weighing of dozens of raw materials in the friction-material formulation. 

It is suitable for batching minor ingredients in friction materials or certain special materials, and also serves as a standalone, fully integrated friction-material batching system for routine production.

 

The system is equipped with a manual push-type weighing cart system, a computer control system, a pneumatically controlled automatic error-proofing material bin, and an electrically controlled automatic error-proofing fence.

Manual material retrieval and feeding are employed, with barcode scanning used to open the storage bin for material withdrawal. This enables automated control of the bin lid (or enclosure door) under computerized monitoring, as well as real-time prompts and confirmation of weighing information. Such measures fully ensure that the entire batching process adheres strictly to the prescribed batching list, effectively preventing human error.

This system can either be configured independently to perform batching according to custom recipes or operated in conjunction with an automated batching system.

The manual cart weighing system uses a handheld barcode scanner to trigger the automatic opening of the corresponding material-bin lid or fence gate, enabling material retrieval from the bin. The touchscreen displays information on the material to be weighed and allows users to set allowable weighing deviation limits. Once the weighing results meet the specified accuracy requirements, pressing the confirm button advances the process to the next step, thereby preventing over- or under-weighing and ensuring that each batching operation is complete and accurate. The touchscreen also provides real-time status display, and the batching operator completes the entire weighing process through this interface.

    This system can operate either by independently configuring recipes for batching or by interworking with an automated batching system. In interworking mode, the types and weights of materials to be batched by this system are determined by the material specifications and weight values transmitted from the master recipe. 

This system automatically stores ingredient-usage records and allows users to search these records by day, month, or any specified time period, as well as print corresponding reports.
